Thank you for choosing All Ways Costa Rica for your Costa Rican adventure!

These terms and conditions are subject to change, and travelers are advised to review them before each booking. Please contact us if you have any questions or require clarification on any aspect of these terms and conditions.

A. Booking and Reservations:

All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.
All bookings are final. All Ways Costa Rica is able to modify and cancel reservations at your request, subject to the hotel or service operator’s individual policies.
Full payment must be received 10 days before the start of the vacation.

B. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the service date are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 24 hours of the cancellation. Please note that the bank transaction can take up to 2 weeks.
A cancellation deposit ($100) is required. Refundable once the vacation is completed.

C. Travel Documents:

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
All Ways Costa Rica is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.

D. Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend travelers to purchase travel insurance covering: trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

E. Health and Safety:

Any health conditions or dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance.

F. Liability:

All Ways Costa Rica is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the vacation.

G. Privacy Policy:

All Ways Costa Rica collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of booking services.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

H. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Costa Rican law.

I. Acceptance of Terms:

By booking a service with All Ways Costa Rica, travelers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
